Job Description

Salary offered:RM4,500 - 5,500 per month + RM500 (parking allowance)

Working hours:Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm

Contract duration: 6 months contract under PERSOLKELLY

Job responsibilities:

  • Payroll administration (full suite for MY from end-to-end).: ie

  • ontime & accurate data submission of changes, reports & any required document throughout every stage of payroll processing,

  • work closely with payroll provider to handle & resolve issue faced in payroll processing

  • obtain necessary approval throughout every required stage of payroll processing

  • ensure ontime document submission/upload for payment &/or submission to required parties

  • Handling HR enquires via ticketing system as and when required

  • Assist with onsite HR operation activities as and when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in HR, Business Admin or related background.
  • Minimum 4 - 6 years experience in related field.
  • Have reasonable knowledge in SAP for PR/PO, ADP eTime, Workday system
  • Have eye for details/meticulous
  • Well verse with employment law requirement especially for statutory
