.Conduct Induction training for new employees

.Arrange Internal and External Training

.Arrange and conduct internal training

.Update training record in Excel and Manual record

.Training Analysis

.Matrix Training

.Arrange Malaysia staff for going to China for training

.Arrange for China staff give training to Malaysia staff

HR TASK

.Handle PVP from China

.Help translate in Mandarin to BM for China Master staff giving training to our Malaysia staff

.Process the invoices

.Confirmation for employees

.Update Organization Chart

.Audit preparation especially for HR & Training

.Foreign Workers arrangement

JOB REQUIREMENT

.Diploma / Degree in any field

.3 Years experience in training and HR department

.Mandarin Speaking / Reading / Writing
