Role Overview:
Plan, implement, and oversee Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) matters across all company sites, both onshore and offshore. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE Management System (HSEMS), policies, procedures, and training matrix.
- Lead HSE performance monitoring, KPI reporting, and annual audits.
- Plan and coordinate Emergency and Crisis Management (EMT/CMT) exercises.
- Oversee HSE contractor management, including audits, campaigns, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct incident investigations and risk assessments; implement corrective actions.
- Communicate HSE updates, alerts, and lessons learned to all relevant departments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 6 years HSE experience in Oil & Gas or related industry.
- Knowledge of Process Safety is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, team management, and project coordination skills.
- Keen interest in HSE technical developments and industry trends.
