Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required
Working location: Bau 94000, Sarawak
Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
Monitor and report KPI compliance
Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Logistic Warehousing, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics operations is preferred.
Candidates currently based in Sarawak and legally allowed to work in accordance with state law requirements are encouraged to apply
Basic Microsoft Excel skills required, along with general computer proficiency
Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good use
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
