We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and hands-on HR Executive to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee information and records in the HR system.
- Support performance management and KPI administration.
- Manage employee training and development activities, including orientation, OJT coordination, training records and documentation.
- Handle employee relations and Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including disciplinary cases, employee grievances, and staff engagement activities.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.
- Manage foreign worker matters, including work permits, FOMEMA, quota applications, and other related requirements.
- Manage foreign worker hostel administration and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Provide general HR and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian employment and labour laws and HR practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
