Are you a passionate HR professional looking to broaden your experience across multiple HR functions We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to support key people initiatives and contribute to a positive employee experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
You will gain hands-on exposure to various HR disciplines, including:
- Talent Acquisition – recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, and workforce planning.
- Learning & Development – training coordination, learning administration, and capability development.
- Compensation & Benefits – payroll support, benefits administration, attendance, leave, and overtime management.
- Employee Engagement – employee activities, wellness programmes, communications, and culture initiatives.
- Industrial Relations – employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and compliance with employment legislation.
- HR Operations & Compliance – HR documentation, reporting, audits, and policy compliance.
- Continuous Improvement – support HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
What We are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions.
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or production environment will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of HR principles and employment legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, including production and office-based staff.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and administrative capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRMS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
