We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and contribute to meaningful projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Liaise with recruitment vendors and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Maintain records of vendor agreements and performance metrics.
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview details.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
- Assist in onboarding tasks for newly hired candidates.
- Support other HR initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Could start immediately and can commit for at least 4 months of assignment
