Job Description

We are looking for a HR Specialist (HR Share Service Center) to support employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, and global mobility. Working closely with employees and HR stakeholders, you will deliver timely HR services, support HR policies and programs, and drive process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate operational Global Mobility cases, especially international assignments, and related documentation.
  • Support visa, work permit, and relocation processes in cooperation with external vendors.
  • Research and summarize country-specific requirements.
  • Provide practical guidance on immigration, tax, social security, and labor law requirements in cross-border employment scenarios.
  • Contribute to process improvements, templates, and internal guidance documents to strengthen service quality and compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless and positive experience.
  • Facilitate employee offboarding, ensuring all processes are compliant and handled with discretion.
  • Coordinate internal employee transfers within the region, ensuring all systems and records are updated.
  • Support benefits administration, ensuring accurate enrollment data and smooth coordination with external providers.
  • Explore and support the integration of AI tools into HR operations, including workflow automation, chatbot functionality, and smart reporting.
  • Support ad hoc projects, including data analysis, reporting, and administrative initiatives.

Requirement Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Global Mobility.
  • Hands-on experience with international assignments, employee transfers, relocation, visa, and work permit processes.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers).
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, labor regulations, and data privacy requirements.
  • Proficient in using AI tools to improve HR productivity, efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country HR operations is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (For Business Purpose), with a good command of Bahasa Melayu.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented, and deadline-driven environment.
