Hygiene & Halal Assistant - Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

You will assist the Hygiene Officer in maintaining hygiene, food safety, and halal compliance standardsin line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements. This role involves supporting routine inspections, maintaining records and documentation, monitoring cleaning schedules, assisting with hygiene and halal audits, and helping to implement HACCP and food safety requirements within the Food & Beverage operation. The Hygiene & Halal Assistant works closely with operational teams to promote a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia.
• Ideally with a university degree / diploma in Food Science or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, HACCP, and halal requirements is an advantage.
• Work experience as Hygiene Assistant or Halal Executive in hotel / tourism / airline industry are preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene standards and the ability to implement them while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
