Job Description

Experienced in application end to end SSO on boarding and configuring in Falaina
Identity and Access Management: Responsible for performing regulatory compliance and control implementation on
critical applications (Internal / External).
Perform detailed analysis and review to support defined requirements on MFA / SSO integrations Identify Access
Management, Active Directory, MFA Authentication
Experience in implementing Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for applications
Experience in creating SSO connections using SAML, OAuth and Open ID protocols and complete Single sign-on
Integrations
Experience in creating applications, certificate, new attributes, Importing and exporting the Metadata
Troubleshoot authentications and authorization issues and assist customers to complete Single sign-on Integrations.
Work with cross functional teams, prepare RCA and complete SSO integrations
Trace, assess logs using developer tools and resolve issue to complete the SSO Integrations.
Perform follow-up with Asset owners or control owners on identified issues/weaknesses

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE :
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology , Information Systems,
Software Engineering or relevant professional qualification
Experience: At least 3 years experience in any IAM Implementation and platform technologies administration and support. Working
experience in application server platforms, virtualization or cloud technology, web services, and middleware.
2 years of recent relevant work experience in identity and access management solutions.
2 years of hands on experience in at least two or more of the following IAM solutions: Identity Governance and Administration (IGA),
Privileged Access Management (PAM), Data Access Governance (DAG), Access Management (AM) or Multi-factor Authentication
(MFA).
Strong understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organization that meet functional, technical and
regulatory requirements.
At least have 1 certification of any Identity Access Management related.

Ability to understand the application business area and
perform application support, software testing, software design
& development, application integration, and project
management in system development
Good understanding of high availability design and concept
(eg failover, clustering), application security testing, windows
desktop environment and server technology (Unix, Linux and
Windows environment), authentication and access control
principle

Continuously develop the technical skills with the technology
advancements
Ability to provide reliable and effective application support in
meeting the service level agreement
Ability to work after office or during weekends, and travel to
recovery site (whenever required) for project activities and for
system support
