Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.

 You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

 You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Advanced proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower is required.

Advanced proficiency in Custom Application Development, Software Design & Solutions, Software Engineering, Salesforce Integration Cloud (Mulesoft), and Database Architecture is suggested.

Take ownership of specific software components and ensure their quality and performance meet project standards.

Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices.

Contribute to architectural and design discussions to improve system scalability and maintainability.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business objectives.

Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance overall project delivery.
