Responsibilities
Lean System Implementation
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's lean manufacturing system, and assist in driving lean initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Operational Performance Analysis
Monitor and analyze key operational indicators, including productivity, quality, cost, delivery, inventory, and equipment performance. Identify improvement opportunities and support corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement Projects
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, QCC, and other lean projects. Support project planning, implementation, effectiveness verification, standardization, and best practice sharing.
Production Process Improvement
Identify improvement opportunities in production processes by analyzing manpower, machines, materials, methods, and working environment to improve productivity, quality, cost, and operational efficiency.
Lean Tools Application
Apply lean methodologies and tools such as 6S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Time Study, Motion Study, Line Balancing, SMED, TPM, QCC, Kaizen, PSP, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to improve manufacturing processes.
Training & Lean Culture
Support lean training, improvement workshops, and knowledge sharing activities to promote continuous improvement awareness and employee engagement.
Data Management & Digitalization
Maintain operational dashboards, improvement project records, and performance data. Support data visualization and digital tools to enhance operational transparency and decision-making.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in any field (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!).
2. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production operations, lean manufacturing, or process improvement will have an added advantage.
3. Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
4. Fluent in Mandarin are needed as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking management.
