Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, project management, or manufacturing engineering within the electronics, semiconductor or equipment manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, plant layout, assembly operations, BOM management and engineering change control (ECN).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and industrial automation will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
Lead the manufacturing lifecycle of semiconductor equipment from order kick-off, RFQ, procurement, assembly, testing and final customer buy-off.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality and suppliers to ensure project milestones, quality requirements and delivery schedules are achieved.
Manage BOM accuracy, ECN implementation, engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation to support efficient production.
Oversee equipment assembly, functional, electrical and software testing to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, productivity, quality and cost effectiveness.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve manufacturing issues, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Lead and support the Industrial Engineering team in achieving departmental objectives while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
