About the Job:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Partnership Executive to engage employers, develop strategic corporate partnerships, and promote recruitment services and employment programmes to support workforce and talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with employers, industry associations and corporate stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners
- Develop partnership proposals, presentations and engagement plans
- Engage with employers to understand their hiring needs and identify suitable employment opportunities
- Promote recruitment services, employment programmes and career initiatives
- Coordinate recruitment programmes, career fairs, interview sessions and corporate events
- Support candidate referrals, interview arrangements and employment placement activities
- Monitor partnership activities, recruitment outcomes and assigned performance targets
- Prepare reports, presentations and programme updates for management and stakeholders
- Carry out ad hoc operational responsibilities related to strategic partnership initiatives and employer engagement as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Strategic Partnerships, Sales, Marketing,Business Development, Corporate Services, Programme Management or Event Management
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in employer engagement, corporate partnerships or business networking is preferred
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
- Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively
- Willing to travel and work at various locations across Malaysia based on business requirements.
