Location : Kuala Lumpur

Education: degree/diploma
Shifts- 9AM-6PM , 5 days working.
Experience- Minimum 1 year in inside sales

Job Description
Partner Engagement
Make 200 calls per week (to achieve 100 meaningful discussions) & document in HubSpot.
Engage with existing partners and drive additional pipeline.
Identify and onboard 6 net new partners per 6-month period and help generate new pipeline.
Reactivate 3 dormant partners per 6-month period and drive pipeline.
Focus on RedHat's solutions portfolio start at low end (RHEL) and build skills to encompass Ansible and Open Shift.
Centre of Excellence (COE) partner enablement conduct 20 individual COE engagements within each 6-month period.
Execute 3 key Growth Plays/Growth Incentives per 12-month period. Promote sales programs developed for partners.
Address partner issues and help the sales team with upsell/cross sell.
Lead Generation & Marketing Support
Maximize sales opportunities from the existing partner ecosystem.
Drive registration to marketing campaigns / webinars for RedHat's products.
Target install base for prospecting and build pipeline.
Add/maintain contact database for respective segments as per needs of the business.
Operations Support
Manage forecasts on a weekly basis.
Track customer opportunities using CRM (HubSpot) daily.
Work with the team to manage and address partners issues.
Ability to create and deliver presentations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
1-2 years of experience in sales & marketing.
Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline.
The ability to make successful/multiple cold calls daily (cold calling experience is
a necessity for the role).
Sound knowledge/passion in IT industry/products/solutions preferred.
Exposure to RedHat's solutions will be an asset - RHEL, ANSIBLE, Open Shift.

Passion to work in the technology industry.
Creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team player and customer oriented.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
