Job Responsibilities
- To study and highlight discrepancies of drawings to relevant consultants
- To resolve site issues, monitor site progress and conduct inspection
- To ensure quality of work carried out, timely completion and compliance to approved designs and drawings
- Verify work done by contractor at site
- To carry any other duties assigned by the Project Manager/ Resident Engineer
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil & Structure Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferably working experience in sub-structure and foundation works
- Experience in quality assurance and quality control of high-rise development
- Familiar with construction methodologies, operations and processes and familiar with CONQUAS/QLASSIC requirements.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective communication with others
- Independent, mature and able to work under pressure
- Able to work at project site and willing to do overtime depending on the urgency of the project
- Possess experience in overall earthwork, piling works will be an added advantage.
