Internship Openings — 2026 Intake

The Overthink Co. is a Malaysian wellness and personal care brand known for the Shower with oil and Hibis Kiss Aged EDP franchises — Japanese-formulated, Halal-certified, and vegan. 2026 is our biggest year yet: a new flagship store on Petaling Street, major brand collaborations, and a fast-growing presence across Instagram, TikTok, and RedNote. Interns here work on live campaigns and real operations, not coffee runs.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day content production: shoot, edit, and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, and RedNote (小红书).
• Assist in campaign execution for product launches and brand collaborations — from creative briefs to post-campaign recaps.
• Manage TikTok Shop content: product listings, short videos, and livestream support.
• Run KOC/KOL outreach: seeding lists, DM outreach, sample fulfilment tracking, and content monitoring.
• Compile weekly social and campaign performance reports (reach, engagement, conversion).
• Support on-ground activations: flagship store events, pop-ups, and partner brand collaborations.

Who we're looking for

• Diploma/Degree student or fresh grad in Marketing, Mass Comm, Advertising, or related fields.
• Chronically online in a productive way — you understand TikTok and RedNote trends natively.
• Basic content creation skills: CapCut/phone videography, Canva; bonus if you shoot and edit your own content.
• Written fluency in English and Mandarin (RedNote outreach); Bahasa Malaysia a plus.
• Organised, fast, and comfortable with ambiguity — briefs here are short and expectations are high.
