The Intern/Fresh Grad – Property Investment supports the Property Investment team in evaluating real estate investment opportunities, monitoring asset performance and undertaking market research and financial analysis. The role provides exposure to property investment activities, including feasibility studies, financial modelling, investment evaluation and market research.
The Intern/Fresh Grad will work closely with the Property Investment team to support ongoing investment initiatives and portfolio management activities, while gaining practical experience in real estate investment and market research.

- Support the evaluation of real estate investment opportunities through feasibility analysis, financial modelling and market research.
- Support the team in gathering and organising information required for internal investment evaluation and approval processes.
- Conduct industry research, market benchmarking and competitor analysis to support investment decisions and identify market trends.
- Fulfil any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
COMPETENCIES (BEHAVIOURAL)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Basic understanding of financial analysis and investment principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to financial modelling would be an advantage.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Investment, and other related fields. Open to Fresh Graduates.
- Strong academic foundation and demonstrated interest in real estate investment, finance or asset management.
