International Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager

Job Summary

Our client, a leading industrial machinery manufacturer, is seeking experienced Sales & Marketing professionals to drive business growth across Global markets. The role involves business development, customer acquisition, distributor management, and market expansion within the manufacturing sector.

This position is open to all who are currently residing and working in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.

* Identify and acquire new customers within manufacturing, plastics, packaging, automotive, and industrial sectors.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

* Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

* Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.

* Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

* Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities.

* Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions.

* Recommend new products, services, and sales initiatives based on market feedback.

Candidate Requirements

1. 4–5 years of sales and marketing experience in:

• Plastic Processing Machinery Industry, or
• Machinery Manufacturing Industry, or
• Capital Goods Industry, or
• Screw & Barrel Manufacturing Companies.

2. Strong experience in B2B industrial sales and business development.

3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

5. Strong understanding of local industrial and manufacturing markets.

6. Ability to work independently and manage regional business activities.

7. Willingness to travel within the assigned country and region as required.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
