ACE EdVenture Education Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven International Student Recruitment Manager to lead our international student recruitment efforts. This leadership role is responsible for driving student enrolment growth, developing strategic recruitment partnerships, managing recruitment teams, and expanding our global presence across key international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Student Recruitment team to achieve International Student monthly, quarterly, and annual enrolment targets.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to increase international student enrolments across priority markets.
- Drive student conversion by overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle—from enquiry and application to enrolment, registration, and student arrival.
- Build, develop, and manage relationships with education agents, schools, universities, government bodies, and strategic recruitment partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand recruitment channels in key international markets, particularly from Europe to South East Asia regions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student recruitment data to develop effective sales strategies.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the Student recruitment team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs.
- Represent ACE EdVenture Education Group at international education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, webinars, and overseas recruitment missions.
- Ensure accurate reporting, CRM management, and recruitment pipeline tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the International Student Office (ISO) and to ensure timely submission of student documentation, compliance with Malaysian Immigration and Ministry of Education (MOE) requirements, and smooth processing of Student Pass applications, renewals, and related immigration matters for international students.
- Coordinate with the Boarding, Student Services, and Parent Relations teams to support international students from enrolment through arrival and orientation.
- Prepare recruitment forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, partner agreements, and relevant education regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, International Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience in international student recruitment, education consultancy, business development, or education sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding student recruitment and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in Mandarin with good written and spoken English.
- An existing network of education agents, schools, universities, or international recruitment partners is highly desirable.
- Experience in developing international markets and managing recruitment partnerships.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and recruitment reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally for recruitment activities and business development.
