Job Purpose
- Support the implementation, testing, rollout, and post‑implementation monitoring of the Wealth Management System (WMS) to ensure system stability, quality, and business readiness
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementation activities, including test execution, defect tracking, environment validation, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors
- Contribute to post‑go‑live monitoring and production support by identifying, logging, and following up on system issues to ensure smooth system operations and minimal business disruption
- Gain hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end system delivery lifecycle, from implementation through stabilization and continuous improvement, while adhering to defined quality standards and timelines
- Any other task assigned as and when required
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in system implementation activities, including pre implementation readiness checks, support during go‑live, and coordination of implementation issues. Primarily focus on test execution throughout the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) stage
- Support regression testing, system health checks, issue validation, and defect trend tracking
- Assist workstream leads in pre and post‑go‑live production support and stabilization activities
- Work with test lead and developers to investigate and resolve defects and other issues found during testing
- Document and report defects and other issues found during testing to Test Manager

Experience/Knowledge Required
- Degree/Diploma holders who are interested to learn testing methodology/framework
- Capable of working test scoping, test scripts/cases, issue/bug reporting, test progress reporting, follow-up on patches validation, and assistance with issue/bug investigation
- Demonstrates a good working attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
