Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Daily Operations Support
- Assist in monitoring daily production performance, output, and operational KPIs.
- Support preparation of shift reports, production summaries, and management presentations.
- Collect, compile, and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Follow up on action items from daily operations meetings and cross-functional discussions.
- Support manpower, equipment, and production tracking activities.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Maintain production databases, dashboards, and tracking systems.
- Generate reports on production efficiency, yield, cycle time, downtime, and OEE performance.
- Support root cause analysis of operational issues using data-driven methodologies.
- Develop data visualization and presentations to support decision-making.
Your profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
- Minimum 3-6 months of internship
