Internship (Product Strategy & Management)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support UAT and product testing activities across web, mobile app, and set-top box platforms
• Draft and localise FAQs, training materials (TTT), and GTM collaterals
• Design, review, and document customer journeys
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Assist in preparing product strategy decks and presentations
• Analyse data and derive insights for product and customer experience improvements

WHO YOU ARE:

• Undergraduate pursuing Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Highly proficient in English and Malay
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest and/or exposure to UI/UX concepts
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
• Demonstrated interest in product management and digital businesses
• Interest in the entertainment and content streaming industry
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
