We're looking for an Investment Associate who thrives on turning insights into impact - assessing promising opportunities and supporting the growth of our portfolio companies.
What you will own:
- Participate in the due diligence process and support transaction execution through to closing.
- Support portfolio companies and work directly with founders on strategic and operational initiatives on an ad hoc basis.
- Organise events and initiatives that strengthen the firm's ecosystem and engagement with technology entrepreneurs
- Mentor and support the development of junior investment professionals and analysts
- Assist with administrative, operational, and project-based responsibilities as require
Essential Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
- The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or any other equivalent professional certificate.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant working experience is required, ideally in corporate finance, financial advisory, consulting, legal or related financial sectors.
- Candidates with experience from buy-side investment firms, financial advisory, private equity, venture capital, or any corporate finance-related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in leading the preparation of prospectuses and/or similar documents.
- Management (Founding Team), business, operations, strategy or finance experience at a leading venture-backed startup in Southeast Asia is a plus
