What You'll Do
- Lead and Deliver IT Audits: Plan, manage, and execute IT audit assignments aligned with the annual audit plan.
- Provide Strategic Insights: Identify control gaps, assess risks, and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure audit recommendations are practical, value-driven, and implemented effectively.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop robust audit programs and champion initiatives that elevate audit quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and Guide: Provide coaching and review team outputs to ensure high standards and timely delivery.
What We're Looking For
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, MIS, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or ISMS Lead Auditor.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years in IT audit, IT security, or IT operations.
- Exposure to large audit/consulting firms or financial services is an advantage.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of IT audit methodologies, risk-based auditing, and frameworks (ISMS, COBIT, PCI DSS).
- Proficiency in CAATS tools (e.g., ACL) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
