Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT business analyst to join a leading insurance organization and support the delivery of innovative technology solutions across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Work closely with Product, Actuarial, Pricing, and IT teams to configure and onboard new insurance products.
Perform impact analysis and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Support insurance product implementation, system enhancements, and product rollout activities.
Collaborate with technical teams on API integrations, system interfaces, and end-to-end solution delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, UAT, production deployment, and post-implementation support.
Create business process flows, user stories, functional documentation, and solution designs.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or System Analyst.
Strong experience within the Life Insurance industry.
Hands-on experience in insurance product configuration and product rollout, including Participating (Par), Non-Participating (Non-Par), and ILAS products.
Experience working with Product, Actuarial, Pricing, and Business teams.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and business analysis best practices.
Experience in requirements gathering, BRDs, user stories, process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder management.
Exposure to API integration, system interfaces, and digital solutions is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Node.js, MongoDB, Cloud, Microservices, or modern web technologies will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
