A leading global logistics and freight forwarding organization is looking for an experienced IT & Digital Transformation Manager to lead IT operations and digital transformation initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise networking, and end-user support.
• Drive digital transformation, AI, automation, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, ITSM, and IT governance.
• Oversee IT projects, vendor management, budgeting, procurement, and service delivery.
• Develop IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead regional IT teams and support business operations across Singapore and Malaysia.

Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Operations, or IT Management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cybersecurity, networking, ITIL, and ITSM.
• Experience leading Digital Transformation, AI, and Automation projects.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 60%.
