IT Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Providing IT support on a day to day basis to all end users.
• Project management of IT projects as approved by company. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services in accordance to scopes of works.
• Monitor and follow up for all internal and external system / Infrastructure within the organization.
• Perform daily monitoring on network, system security ,CCTV and door access system.
• Perform network and Infra maintenance including patch updates.
• Maintain on the existing IT hardware/software assets.
• Perform/monitor data backups and data recovery operations.
• Helpdesk support Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Understanding the overall system for the organization and process flow to ensure no downtime.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in system development, coding, programming and maintenance of Internet/Web 2.0 based applications will be advantages
• Experience in PHP with MVC and framework, MySQL, Javascript, HTML/CSS, XML and Web security will be advantages
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field / industry is required for this position.
• Candidate must be willing to travel to branches as and when required.
• Required languages: Mandarin, English & Malay.
• Self-motivated, organized, hardworking, team player and result oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
