IT Infrastructure & Cloud Specialist

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of working experience and 5 years in an IT administrator position
• Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent IT Professional Certificate
• Experienced in network planning, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong experience in Linuxadministration (preferably AlmaLinux / RHEL-based)
• Hands-on experience in PostgreSQL database administration (backup, restore, performance tuning, troubleshooting)
• Experience in Cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure preferred) (VM, networking, backup, DR, security)
• Experience supporting ERP systems
• Knowledge in Linux Server, Windows Server, virtualization, and backup solutions
• Familiar with IT security best practices
• Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Melayu)

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible and oversee for IT activities as below but not limited to:
• Manage and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
• Maintain cloud VM, storage, networking, backup and disaster recovery
• Administer and maintain Linux servers (AlmaLinux)
• Manage PostgreSQL databases (Backup and restore, Monitoring and performance tuning, troubleshooting and support)
• Maintain and support servers, network, and IT infrastructure
• Perform system monitoring, patching, and maintenance
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users
• Perform and monitor backup and recovery operations
• Ensure data protection and recovery readiness
• Implement security best practices across systems
• Assist in access control, logging, and monitoring
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Prepare technical documentation and SOPs
• Ensure proper tracking of licenses and systems
• Provide day-to-day IT operational support
• Assist and support as below but not limited to:
• Assist in IT audit including compliance activities, Wls, hardware and software
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Support Senior IT executive for any IT operations as and when require
• Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, Company rules and regulations at all times
