IT Infrastructure Engineer

Engineer 3-5 years (Linux, VMware, Storage, Windows AD/ Entra) Shift work.

1. Shifting duties for Junior Security Engineers,Shift time: 6am - 2pm, 3pm - 10/11pm, 11pm - 6am (Fixed Shifts)
2. Preferable Industry: Insurance, BFSI

Qualifications

1. Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology.
2. Minimum 3years and above relevant working experience in network and server troubleshooting/ support. Experience in financial services industry is an added advantage.
3. For senior position, at least 3 years experience in supervising or team lead capacity with teams supporting Infrastructure and Networks.
4. Knowledgeable and experienced in Linux OS (RedHat), Windows Server OS, Server Virtualization, Storage and Networking devices such as Active Directory (AD), Firewall, Load Balancer, Packet Shaper, switches, TCP/IP, DNS and Files Services.
5. Administration knowledge of Microsoft Server and Windows platforms, Managing Network Security / Troubleshooting.
6. Familiar with network, server operations and regulatory compliance guidelines and requirements such as SC TRM, BNM RMIT.
7. Certified with ITIL based experience in Incident, Problem, Change and configuration management would be an added advantage.
8. Strong team player with the ability to work in a team and as an individual contributor.

Special Requirements (if any)

1. Working on shift or weekend/public holiday.
