IT Presales Specialist – Cyber Security & Cloud
Job Title: IT Presales Specialist Cyber Security & Cloud
- Lead the technical engagement with clients or partner on cyber security and multi-cloud solution design, implementation and operation support.
- Lead the tender submission, develop the winning technical strategy and architecture design as well as operating model, authoring the RFP / RFI response by partnering across all support functions, target metric is sales booking.
- Leading development of capability including defining forward compatible solutions required to have a differentiated set of offerings for 3i Infotech, building, maintaining, and updating those solution offerings by partnering internally and externally.
- Developing point of views in collaboration with business leaders to help generate pipeline for sales.
- Develop practical and fit-for-purpose strategies for clients to address their nature of business, the threat environment they operate in and constraints.
- Influence, drive and support the clients in their cybersecurity and cloud transformation journeys while maintaining alignment to their business objectives.
- Successfully partner with stakeholders in the Sales / BD teams,
- Work alongside enterprise functions such as practice to develop a differentiated solution that wins the deal.
- Experience working in APAC market
- Strong knowledge on cyber security technical controls
- Demonstrate understanding and context across the broader IT infrastructure stack
- Good understanding of cloud architectures and cloud enabled cyber controls
- Client focused thinking with a strong combination of technical and business relevance, ability to build big-picture vision and to perform deep dive on specific technical topics or seek adequate support
- Extensive experience in cloud and cybersecurity related activities and controls
- Broad range of experience in cloud and cybersecurity technology and vendors in APAC
· Preferred Skills / Qualities
- 3 5 years of experience in Presales or Consultant in cyber security and cloud.
- 3 5 years of experience in managing cybersecurity operations.
- 1 2 years of experience with technology transformation projects
- 1 2 years of experience with at least one of the following Cloud platforms Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
- Familiar with any 5 of the following cyber security solutions:
- Hardware security modules, identity & access management solutions, intrusion detection / prevention systems, web proxies, data loss prevention solutions, endpoint protection platforms, endpoint detection and response solutions, network traffic analysis solutions, security orchestration & automated response solutions, security information and events management solutions, user entity behavioural analytics solutions.
- Familiar with international Cybersecurity standards, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-53, or ISO 27001/2
- Familiar with Malaysia or Singapore Government regulations and policies in relation to Risk Management and Cybersecurity.
- Ability to perform project management.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility, initiative and innovation in dealing with ambiguous, fast-paced situations.
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
- Possession of excellent presentation and briefing skills.
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Degree in Information Security, Computer Science or other equivalents.
- Relevant Industry Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, PMP, CCNP, Cloud or equivalent is a must.
