About the Role:
Kloudynet is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter based in Kuala Lumpur to drive talent acquisition across Microsoft Cloud, AI, Data, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Technology domains.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience recruiting technical professionals specializing in Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Security, AI Copilot technologies, and enterprise cloud solutions.
This role requires a proactive and resourceful recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid understanding of the Microsoft technology ecosystem and emerging AI-driven innovations.
You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technology talent to support Kloudynet's growth and technology delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Microsoft Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, Data, and Enterprise Technology domains.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing strategies.
• Recruit technical talent with expertise in:
• Support hiring for roles including:
• Coordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
• Maintain ATS records, recruitment dashboards, and hiring trackers.
• Support employer branding initiatives and digital recruitment campaigns targeting Microsoft technology talent.
• Stay informed on IT hiring trends, market intelligence, salary benchmarks, certifications, and emerging Microsoft technologies.
Requirements:
• Malaysian citizen or locally based candidate residing in Malaysia.
• 4–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical recruitment, or technology talent acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting within Microsoft Cloud, AI, Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, or related technology environments.
• Good understanding of Microsoft technology ecosystems, including:
• Experience using sourcing and recruitment platforms such as:
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure to enterprise cloud, digital transformation, or AI transformation projects.
• Understanding of Microsoft certifications, technical competencies, and technology skillsets.
• Familiarity with technologies including:
• Experience supporting regional, enterprise-scale, or high-volume technology hiring initiatives.
• Prior exposure to hiring across Microsoft Cloud, Data, AI, Security, or Enterprise Technology ecosystems is an added advantage.
