Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting web and networking issues 24/7.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate issue resolution.
Manage the status of resolution for all support cases, ensure resolve it accurately and in a timely manner.
Evaluate customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features.
Other duties assigned by the superior.
