Description

We are seeking an experienced ITSM Tool Lead to oversee and optimize our IT Service Management tools in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM processes and tools, with a focus on enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and management of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools across the Southeast Asia region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and ensure the tool meets organizational needs.
Provide training and support to team members on ITSM tool usage and best practices.
Monitor and analyze tool performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact for tool-related issues and enhancements.
Develop and maintain documentation related to ITSM processes and tool functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in ITSM tools administration and implementation.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices in IT Service Management.
Proficiency in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms.
Experience with workflow automation and process optimization in IT service delivery.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
