To support Japanese client's sales team Attend Japanese client's inquiry on behalf of Sales executive using Japanese (e-mail, Chat & Call) Get information and confirmation from internal other dept To support sales report to HQ Handle inquiries from HQ To support create Invoice Other matters assigned by Manager
Required work experience :
Possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field Japanese Language (able to understand e-mail & able to reply) Fresh graduate can consider Possess own transportation and valid driving license self-motivated Good communication skills , Customer support
