Junior BIM Modeller - Fresh Graduate

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior BIM Modeller position based in Singapore . The Junior BIM Modeller will support project teams by developing, updating, and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for architectural, structural, and MEP works.

Responsibilities include translating design and construction drawings into accurate 3D models, assisting in clash detection and model coordination, and ensuring that models comply with project standards and client requirements. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain model accuracy throughout the project life cycle, preparing drawings and documentation from BIM models, and assisting in the updating of BIM libraries and standards. The successful candidate will also help with basic design revisions, model troubleshooting, and documentation tasks under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced project environment.
• Ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams, follow instructions, and meet project deadlines.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English; additional language abilities are a plus.
• Openness to mentorship, training, and continuous skill development as a fresh graduate.
