Your first 12 weeks

You will get hands-on with SQL, Python, data loading processes, cloud data platforms, business intelligence tools, agile delivery, and AI integrations. You will learn how data is ingested, cleaned, modelled, governed, checked, and used.

Roles you could move into

• Data Engineer: build pipelines that move data between systems.
• Cloud Data Engineer: prepare cloud data for reporting, analytics, or AI teams.
• Data Governance Analyst: help define ownership, quality rules, catalogues, and classifications.
• Data Quality Analyst: check data, trace issues, and work with teams to fix them.
• Business Intelligence Developer: build dashboards and reports that help people act on data.

Where it leads: As you build experience, your path can open into data engineering, cloud data, data architecture, and governance.

What you need to bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any subject
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Clear communication and good people skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• Eligibility to work in Malaysia
• Commitment to FDM's full 2.5-year Graduate Programme

Nice to have

• Python or SQL experience
• Exposure to cloud platforms, data modelling, or data quality concepts
