Junior Full Stack AI Solution Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack AI Solution Engineer to join our Enterprise AI and Business Applications team. You will develop AI-powered business applications, intelligent agents, and automation solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365.

This role is ideal for early-career engineers who are passionate about Generative AI, application development, and solving business challenges through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-powered business applications and intelligent agents.
• Build conversational AI solutions, workflow automation, and Copilot experiences using Microsoft AI technologies.
• Develop frontend and backend components using modern application development frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and enterprise systems through APIs.
• Implement prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
• Contribute to reusable development assets, coding standards, and AI best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience, internship experience, or strong academic project experience in software development.
• Programming knowledge in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365.
• Experience developing chatbot, automation, AI assistant, or business application projects.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and modern software engineering practices.
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Dataverse, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
