We are looking for a motivated Junior Power Platform Developer to join our team in designing, developing, and supporting business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates, interns, or junior developers with a good understanding of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365. If you have hands-on exposure through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or entry-level work experience and are eager to build your career in automation and digital transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Development
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Build business process automation solutions, approval workflows, notifications, and task automation.
- Support the development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
- Test, troubleshoot, and enhance automation solutions to improve performance and reliability.
- Monitor and maintain existing automation workflows.
Solution Development & Integration
Support the integration of Power Platform solutions with:
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Dynamics 365
- Azure Services
- SQL Databases
- REST APIs
- Third-party applications
- Assist in developing custom connectors where required.
- Support API integrations and data synchronization.
- Work with Dataverse and other Microsoft data platforms.
Business Analysis & Documentation
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements.
- Assist in translating business processes into automation solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and user guides.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation.
Support & Continuous Improvement
- Follow Power Platform governance and security best practices.
- Assist in deployment, environment management, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in continuous learning and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in Microsoft Power Platform, software development, automation, or a related field is an advantage.
- Candidates with knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, even without extensive working experience, are welcome to apply.
