Your opportunity

The Assistant Accountant - P2P (Invoice Processing) will perform routine and transactional processing within the Accounts Payable function to ensure quality and accurate completion of services and key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

How will you contribute:

  • Process invoices accurately and within agreed timelines
  • Support daily Accounts Payable (AP) operations
  • Respond to queries from vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Escalate and follow up on issues when necessary
  • Assist with month-end and year-end activities
  • Support process improvement and ad-hoc tasks
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

Who you are:

  • Basic Japanese language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • No finance or accounting background required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
