Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and supporting the growth of our logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand customers logistics requirements and propose suitable service solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
  • Participate in marketing activities, networking sessions, and promotional events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and profitability updates for management review.
  • Follow up on customer payments and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Possess at least SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in logistics, shipping, or transportation services.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
