The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

  • Responsible for managing key accounts across the modern trade channel.
  • The Key Account Manager primarily responsible in driving profitable growth across assigned Key accounts in the Modern Trade channel. To drive strategic excellence of planning and execution of Key Account Management.
  • Accountable for achieving assigned Key Account's sales & profitability, product distribution, pricing strategy, market share and merchandising objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with Key Account clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
  • Research and source new potential clients.
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics.
  • Create a JBP for key customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experiences in FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience in key account management.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (additional dialects would be an added advantage)
  • Ability to handle multiple key customers accounts.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plan.
  • Aptitude in networking and building relationships
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
