Job Description:

  • Program Management:
    • Manage and grow the rapidly expanding Shopee Ambassador Program (SAP) covering both social media and live commerce stream Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
    • Craft and execute coherent KOL engagement strategies throughout KOL lifecycle, from acquisition through churn management
    • Ensure smooth operational processes and workflow to represent and balance brand, platform and KOL interests
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Lead and coordinate cross-channel exposure planning, communication plans, and design differentiated online / offline KOL activations
    • Plan, monitor, and further optimise performance and budgets for team
    • Identify opportunity areas to build strong competitive advantage for platform
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Negotiate with and onboard appropriate vendors to achieve collaborative business outcomes
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximise impact and campaign synergies
  • Team Leadership:
    • Guide and mentor team members effectively, actively extend team capabilities
    • Be an active, hands-on resource to enable team objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and above in any field
  • More than 5 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 1 year dedicated to affiliate or influencer marketing and strong preference for experience in eCommerce or agency
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Outstanding ability to prioritize, multitask and deliver results in a dynamic environment
