How Will You Make Your Mark
- Support business process improvement and procurement technology enablement initiatives for clients.
- Develop strategic recommendations and implementation approaches to guide clients through project phases including discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements and provide guidance on Coupa integration development and implementation best practices.
- Conduct current-state assessments, business process reviews, and procurement needs analyses to identify challenges and improvement opportunities.
- Design future-state procurement processes, operating models, organizational capabilities, solution requirements, and performance measures.
- Coupa implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, testing, UAT support, user training, and deployment.
- Facilitate collaboration between clients and technical teams through workshops, training sessions, testing activities, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to successful project delivery and other transformation initiatives as required.
Who We're Looking For
- A recognized Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement transformation, consulting, or procurement technology implementation.
- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle Coupa implementation project from design through deployment.
- Coupa certification(s) will be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, requisitioning, purchasing, and invoicing.
- Experience in procurement process re-engineering and organizational change initiatives.
- Experience with other procurement technology platforms will be an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze business and functional requirements and develop procurement transformation and technology adoption roadmaps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong client-service mindset with effective project management and delivery skills.
