Position: L2 IT Onsite Support
Contract: Part-time - Work only 2 times per week
Location: Malaysia Kuala Lumpur - TSLAW Tower, No. 39, Jalan Kamuning, Pinggiran TRX
Part-time - Work only 2 times per week (Monday and Tuesday 9am to 6pm)
Salary: RM450/day
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Provides second-line investigation and diagnosis.
Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures & allocated timelines.
Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales.
Ensures tickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved.
Liaises with clients, other IT support groups and 3rd party providers when necessary.
Performs staging of PCs
Performs IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change)
Conducts hardware and software maintenance and support.
Troubleshoots and resolves PC incidents and/or VIP requests.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields
Above 4 years of related experience preferred.
Behaviour:
Able to read and write in English, and can communicate in oral English.
Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
Good customer interface skills/interpersonal skills
