Job Description:

Lead Business Analyst with Cards Domain.

Senior cards-domain BA to define migration requirements, product mapping, business rules, exception handling, and business / operational readiness across the customer migration journey and lifecycle.

Key qualifications:

o 12+ years of BA experience, with strong banking / financial services background

o Minimum 2 end-to-end cards migration programs delivered from requirements through stabilization

o Deep credit cards domain knowledge across the full lifecycle, including product setup, billing, servicing, disputes, and collections

o Strong experience in migration rules, exception handling, and business-led data mapping for cards migration

Key activities:

o Gather and document business, functional, and migration requirements across product, servicing, operations, and customer journeys

o Define source-to-target product mapping, migration rules, exception handling, and customer treatment logic

o Document current-state / target-state processes and support cutover-related business rule definition

o Support workshops, requirements traceability, issue tracking, and cross-functional alignment across business and technology teams

Expected deliverables:

o Business and functional requirements documentation

o Product mapping, migration rules, and current-state / target-state process flows

o Edge case / exception catalogue and business transformation rules

o Inputs to cutover planning, operational readiness, workshop outputs, and decision tracking
