Job Responsibility

  • Uncover Opportunities: Research and track down contact info for clients through LinkedIn, websites, and professional networks.
  • Creative Outreach: Use personalized strategies to engage clients via email, phone, and social media.
  • Stay Organized: Keep client databases accurate and up-to-date with contact details and interaction history in our CRM.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and assess client potential.
  • Measure Success: Analyze engagement data to refine methods and achieve better results.
  • Be the Face of AJobThing: Represent the company with professionalism in all client interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation, telesales or sales outreach min 1 year
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and search techniques.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
