Lead Generation & Market Intelligence Specialist (APAC)

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven professional to drive lead generation and market intelligence across APAC. This role focuses on identifying demand, analyzing market trends, and generating qualified opportunities across multiple service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation

• Generate qualified leads across APAC for IT Project Services, AI Solutions & Data Analytics, Data Centre & Infrastructure Services, Recruitment & Contract Staffing, RPO, Payroll & Manpower Outsourcing, HR Consulting & Advisory, Global Mobility Services, and Entity Setup in Malaysia.
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Business Development teams.

Market & Demand Intelligence

• Analyze market demand trends across APAC including AI adoption, data centre growth, hiring trends, and expansion activities.
• Identify high-growth industries, expansion opportunities, and outsourcing demand.
• Build Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and targeted account lists.

Data-Driven Strategy Support

• Translate insights into actionable lead generation strategies.
• Track competitor positioning and identify service gaps.
• Maintain CRM and generate reports on pipeline and performance.

Key Requirements

• 2–5+ years in lead generation, SDR, inside sales, or market research roles.
• Exposure to IT services, AI, data centre, HR solutions, or outsourcing.
• Strong skills in market analysis and B2B prospecting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across APAC markets.
