This is a premier, permanent leadership seat where you will govern microservices development principles, spearhead cloud-native orchestration pipelines, and lead high-performing technical squads.

Role Overview:
- Position: Lead Software Engineer (Full-Stack / Tech Lead)
- Experience Baseline: 8+ Years of Hands-on Full-Stack & Integration Experience
- Backend Pillars: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot Framework, SOA, API, & Microservices
- Frontend Scope: React Native & Vue.js
- Cloud & Containerization: VMware Tanzu, TKGI Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, & AWS ️
- Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Permanent)
️ Your Core Mission:
- Technical Leadership: Lead an agile, scrum-based engineering team in designing and developing comprehensive, function-centric microservices solutions that align with enterprise security standards.
- Architecture & Governance: Outline development guiding principles, establish code branching strategies, and enforce engineering best practices to guarantee high-quality software output.
- Full-Stack Engineering: Oversee and contribute to the deployment of seamless integration layers utilizing Java, Spring Boot, React Native, and Vue.js.
- Cloud & DevOps Orchestration: Supervise and scale cloud-native infrastructure within Tanzu, TKGI, and Kubernetes, while managing continuous delivery via robust DevOps tooling (Jenkins, Bamboo, Nexus, SonarQube).
- Delivery & Vendor Governance: Collaborate with Project Managers and BAs to map system dependencies, provide accurate effort estimates, and strictly audit vendor-engineered deliverables.
- SLA & BAU Maintenance: Own application optimization, troubleshoot production bottlenecks, oversee security patching, and coordinate with QA teams to manage defects during SIT and UAT.
Who We Are Looking For:
- The Engineering Veteran: 8+ years of intensive software engineering background, with a verified track record building high-availability, high-volume transaction architectures (ideally in Financial Services/Insurance).
- Cloud-Native Expert: Fully fluent in container deployment and management natively across Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise cloud frameworks like VMware Tanzu (TKGI).
- The Agile Catalyst: Deeply well-versed in the complete modern SDLC, advanced CI/CD automated deployment structures, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) pipelines.
- Strategic Presenter: Exceptional verbal and written articulation skills, with the natural ability to pitch complex technical solutions to management and cross-functional business stakeholders.
