️ HIRING: TECHNICAL SQUAD LEAD – IAM & SSO ARCHITECTURE ️
Are you a battle-tested Java Full-Stack Tech Lead or IAM Architect who excels at designing federated security infrastructures and leading high-performing delivery teams We are seeking an elite Technical Lead to own the end-to-end architecture and implementation of our enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms!
This is a premier leadership role where you will manage a hybrid team of internal engineers and external vendors, present design blueprints to business stakeholders, and secure high-availability digital ecosystems.

Role Overview:
- Position: Technical Lead / Engineering Manager (IAM & SSO)
- Experience Baseline: Minimum 10 Years in App Development & Delivery | At least 7 Years in Core SSO & 2FA Implementation
- Identity & Access Pillars: OIDC, OAuth, SAML2 Frameworks, Directory Services (LDAP, Active Directory)
- Security & DB Ecosystem: IBM Verify Identity Access, CA SSO, ForgeRock, OpenLDAP, IBM DB2 & HADR Setup
- Core Development Stack: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SOA, & RESTful Web Services
- Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
️ Your Leadership & Technical Mission:
- Team Orchestration & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and distribute tasks across a cross-functional team of internal developers and external vendors, tracking delivery velocity and code quality.
- End-to-End Architectural Ownership: Own the overarching design, blueprinting, and implementation of robust SSO and access applications, ensuring structural alignment with enterprise security frameworks.
- Federated Identity Engineering: Architect and enforce complex access tokens, authentication flows, and secondary validation mechanisms leveraging OIDC, OAuth, and SAML2.
- Directory & Platform Management: Oversee hands-on integration with LDAP (IBM Security Directory Service, OpenLDAP) and Active Directory, while maintaining underlying high-availability database layers (IBM DB2 with HADR setup).
- Stakeholder Advisory: Conduct technical presentations and design defenses with Business and IT leaders, turning complex security requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Delivery Alignment: Partner closely with Project Managers to coordinate resource allocations, prioritize sprint deliverables, and manage critical Business-As-Usual (BAU) updates.
Who We Are Looking For:
- The IAM Authority: A structural technical lead holding a Bachelor's degree in IT and a minimum 7-year track record implementing market-leading SSO/Access products (e.g., ForgeRock, IBM Verify, CA SSO).
- Strong Core Java Foundation: At least 4 years of hands-on, progressive Java/J2EE and RESTful service development experience combined with solid object-oriented programming values.
- Resilient Personality: A high-integrity professional with a strong attitude, capable of steering technical squads independently with minimal management oversight in fast-paced environments.
